Have you ever had such a shower experience: take off your clothes and go into the bathroom and turn on the shower. You originally intended to enjoy an invigorating shower, but the water temperature will be cold and hot for a while, so you have to adjust the water temperature frequently. If it is in the summer, it is basically tolerable, but in the winter, this experience has to be said to be a "disaster".
You don't need to be too upset, all of this is caused by water pressure. Simply put, when you are using the shower, someone else at home turns on the faucet at the same time. Because it is the same outlet pipe, part of the water will naturally be diverted; or the water pressure in the area where you live is unstable; of course, It is also very likely that the shower is aging. But no matter what the reason, the most convenient solution is undoubtedly to replace a thermostatic shower.
There is a heat-sensitive element inside the hot and cold water mixing outlet of the thermostatic shower. This element is generally made of paraffin or nickel-titanium alloy. The element will change its shape according to temperature changes, such as the temperature made of paraffin. The sensing element will expand or shrink with the temperature. When the water temperature changes, the volume of the paraffin will change. Then some control shafts are used to adjust the spool, and the spool adjusts the mixing ratio of cold water and hot water. In this way, the water temperature can be adjusted and kept at a certain temperature to achieve the effect of constant temperature water discharge.
There is a knob on the left and right sides of the thermostatic shower to adjust the temperature of the water and the way of water outlet respectively. When you press the left knob to adjust the water temperature, you can try twisting it back and forth to adjust the appropriate temperature. I think this design is very good, avoiding the possibility of high temperature burns. The other button on the right can adjust the way and the amount of water, which is convenient and economical.
